The competition is open to culinary schools and their students from participating countries. Each institution may register one or more teams according to the official rules.

Complete the online application form and upload the required documents before the deadline. Our team will review each submission and confirm eligibility by email.

Participation is free of charge. Travel and accommodation, however, are the responsibility of each participating team unless otherwise stated.

An international jury of professional chefs scores each dish on taste, technique, presentation and creativity. The detailed scoring criteria are shared with all teams in advance.

A common pantry of base ingredients is available to every team. Specialty items should be declared during registration so the organisers can prepare accordingly.

The organisers recommend partner hotels near the venue and share booking details with confirmed teams. Reservations are made directly by each team.

The venue is accessible by public transport and shuttle services on competition days. Detailed directions are provided in the participant handbook.
