GastroErasmus was a once-in-a-lifetime experience for our young chefs. Cooking and shopping for ingredients in an unfamiliar place under time pressure was both challenging and exciting. Beyond the competition, making new friends and sharing experiences with participants from other countries was truly rewarding. Thank you, Türkiye, for your warm hospitality. We will be back!
