The organization of the competition in March was very good, everything was well planned and left us with a very positive impression. Taking part in GastroErasmus was a wonderful experience and a great opportunity to meet participants from different countries, exchange ideas, experiences, and cultural traditions. The friendly atmosphere and shared passion for cooking made the competition truly special.
The only thing I miss in the new competition programme 2027, is a separate individual Dessert category. It would be wonderful to add one, as it gives participants a great opportunity to show their creativity, skills, and individual style.
Also, if possible, it would be ideal to have the accommodation and the competition in the same place. This would make things much easier, especially for international teams, and would allow everyone to spend more time together.
