From the Canary Islands to Antalya: More Energy, More Flavour, and a Stronger Erasmus+ Spirit for 2027

From CIFP San Cristóbal, Canary Islands, Spain, we highly value our participation in GastroErasmus 2026 in Antalya. It has been an enriching experience, both professionally and personally, where our students were able to share cuisine, techniques, and culture with hospitality schools from all over Europe, showcasing Canarian gastronomy in an international setting. The exchange, learning, and camaraderie we experienced motivate us to continue growing. With this enthusiasm, we confirm that we will participate again in GastroErasmus 2027 with even more energy, more flavor, and the same commitment to quality training and the Erasmus+ spirit.
